Notice before Cancellation of Registration.<br />
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of<br />
the Registrar to proceed on the 26th day of June,<br />
1953, to cancel the registration of the Golden Horseshoe<br />
(New) Limited, under the abovenamed Act<br />
unless cause be shown to the contrary in the meantime.<br />
The- ground of such proposed cancellation is as<br />
follows:-That the registered Articles of Association<br />
of the said Company are inconsistent with the<br />
provisions of the Industrial Arbitration Act, 1912-<br />
1952.<br />

there being no objections filed thereto, and having<br />
satisfied myself that the requirements of the said<br />
Act and the regulations made thereunder have<br />

THE Tribunal hereby awards, orders and prescribes<br />
that Award No. 12 and 13 of 1934, as<br />
amended, of the Court of Arbitration, Western<br />
Australia, and Attendance Allowance Order No.<br />

and the Award annexed hereto shall tale the place<br />
