Notice of Intention to Hold an Election
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to hold an election to elect an elective member of the
Western Australian Potato Marketing Authority and the following dates and times have been
fixed-
Close of nominations
Monday, 12 August 1991
Close of the poll in the event of an election being
necessary
Monday, 16 September 1991 at 5.00 pm
Every nomination of a candidate shall be made in writing in the prescribed form, and shall be signed
by the candidate himself, and also by a proposer and seconder, both of whom shall be persons
enrolled on the electoral roll to be used at the election.
Nominations shall be sent or delivered to the Returning Officer, WA Electoral Commission,
4th Floor, 480 Hay Street, Perth, so as to be in his hands not later than 12 noon on Monday,
12 August 1991.
