ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1974<br />
I. Brian Kenneth Davy, Acting Chief Superintendent Traffic being the delegated officer of the<br />
Minister for Police under section 83 6 of the Road Traffic Act 1974, pursuant to the powers<br />
conferred by section 83 1 of that Act, and the consent of the local authorities having been obtained<br />
and nominated for the purpose of cycle races by members/entrants of the Eastern Goldfields Cycle<br />
Club tlnc. on 6th and 27th July <strong>1991</strong> between the hours of 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm, do hereby approve<br />
the temporary suspension of regulations made under such Act on the carriageways mentioned<br />
hereunder.<br />
Racing to be confined to the extreme left hand side of the carriageway only on Great Eastern<br />
Highway, Kalgoorlie West for 35 km and return to start.<br />
All participants to wear approved head protection at all times.<br />

Made by the Fremantle Port Authority and approved by His Excellency the<br />
Governor in Executive Council.<br />
Citation<br />
1. <strong>The</strong>se regulations may be cited as the Fremantle Port Authority Amendment<br />
Regulations <strong>No</strong>. 2<strong>1991</strong>.<br />
Commencement<br />
2. <strong>The</strong>se regulations shall come into operation on 10 July <strong>1991</strong>.<br />
Principal regulations<br />
3. In these regulations the Fremantle Port Authority Regulations 1971* are<br />
referred to as the principal regulations.<br />

Regulation 70A repealed and a regulation substituted<br />
4. Regulation 70A of the principal regulations is repealed and the following<br />
regulation is substituted-<br />
