Town Planning Scheme No. 9-Amendment No. 156
Ref: 853/2/21/10, Pt. 156.
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Swan has prepared the abovementioned scheme amendment
for the purpose of rezoning Lots 106, 107 and 108 Great Northern Highway, Midland from "Service
Station" to "Residential 2" R40.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at
Council Offices, Great Northern Highway, Middle Swan and at the Department of Planning and
Urban Development, Albert Facey House, 469-489 Wellington Street, Perth, and will be available
for inspection during office hours up to and including August 16, 1991.
Submissions on the scheme amendment should be made in writing on Form No. 4 and lodged with
the undersigned on or before August 16, 1991.
This amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment
and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 7 of the Town Planning and
Development Act 1928, that the Hon Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Town
Planning Scheme Amendment on 20 June 1991, for the purpose of-
1. Excising a portion of Perth Suburban Lot 67 being that portion of Part Lot 2 and Part Lot
1 on Plan 531 Diagram 11046 and known as No. 48 Mill Point Road, which extends for
a distance of 3.0 metres from the northern side boundary and 6.4 metres from the eastern
rear boundary of the site, from the Public Use Reserve-Public Purposes Water Supply,
Sewerage and Drainage, and including that land in the Residential-R Zone with a density
coding of R80.
2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 7 of the Town Planning and
Development Act 1928, that the Hon Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Swan Town
Planning Scheme Amendments on 27 May 1991, for the purpose of-
Amending the Scheme Map to-
A. Rezone Lot 1, portion of Lot 2, Pt Lot 40, portion of Pt Lot 39 and Lot 29 all of Swan
Location K1; and Lots 1, Pt 82, 96, 97, 98 portion of Lots 99, 100, 101, Pt 102, 134 all of
Swan Location L, from "General Rural" to "Residential Development" and the inclusion of
that portion of Bennett Street, Patricia Street and Victoria Road, as shown on the
Amendment Map, within the Residential Development Zone.
B. Deleting the above described land from Policy Area 1.
