<strong>No</strong>tice is hereby given that the Shire of Swan has prepared the abovementioned scheme amendment<br />
for the purpose of rezoning Lots 106, 107 and 108 Great <strong>No</strong>rthern Highway, Midland from "Service<br />
Station" to "Residential 2" R40.<br />
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at<br />
Council Offices, Great <strong>No</strong>rthern Highway, Middle Swan and at the Department of Planning and<br />
Urban Development, Albert Facey House, 469-489 Wellington Street, Perth, and will be available<br />
for inspection during office hours up to and including August 16, <strong>1991</strong>.<br />
Submissions on the scheme amendment should be made in writing on Form <strong>No</strong>. 4 and lodged with<br />
the undersigned on or before August 16, <strong>1991</strong>.<br />
This amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment<br />
and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.<br />

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 7 of the Town Planning and<br />
Development Act 1928, that the Hon Minister for Planning approved the City of South Perth Town<br />
Planning Scheme Amendment on 20 June <strong>1991</strong>, for the purpose of-<br />
1. Excising a portion of Perth Suburban Lot 67 being that portion of Part Lot 2 and Part Lot<br />
1 on Plan 531 Diagram 11046 and known as <strong>No</strong>. 48 Mill Point Road, which extends for<br />
a distance of 3.0 metres from the northern side boundary and 6.4 metres from the eastern<br />
rear boundary of the site, from the Public Use Reserve-Public Purposes Water Supply,<br />
Sewerage and Drainage, and including that land in the Residential-R Zone with a density<br />
coding of R80.<br />

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 7 of the Town Planning and<br />
Development Act 1928, that the Hon Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Swan Town<br />
Planning Scheme Amendments on 27 May <strong>1991</strong>, for the purpose of-<br />
Amending the Scheme Map to-<br />
A. Rezone Lot 1, portion of Lot 2, Pt Lot 40, portion of Pt Lot 39 and Lot 29 all of Swan<br />
Location K1; and Lots 1, Pt 82, 96, 97, 98 portion of Lots 99, 100, 101, Pt 102, 134 all of<br />
Swan Location L, from "General Rural" to "Residential Development" and the inclusion of<br />
that portion of Bennett Street, Patricia Street and Victoria Road, as shown on the<br />
Amendment Map, within the Residential Development Zone.<br />
B. Deleting the above described land from Policy Area 1.<br />
