It is hereby notified for public information that the Town of <strong>No</strong>rtham at its Ordinary Meeting held<br />
on 26 June <strong>1991</strong>, resolved pursuant to section 245A of the Local Government Act 1960 to appoint<br />
the following persons as authorised officers Private Swimming Pool Inspectors.<br />

It is hereby notified for public information that the Town of <strong>No</strong>rtham at its Ordinary Meeting held<br />
on 26 June <strong>1991</strong>, resolved pursuant to section 245A 8 of the Local Government Act 1960 that an<br />
annual charge of $30 Thirty Dollars be imposed on all owners of land within the Town of <strong>No</strong>rtham<br />
Municipality on which there is a swimming pooi, to meet the estimated cost of carrying out<br />
inspections required by section 245A 5 aa of the Local Government Act 1960 for the period ended<br />
30 June 1992.<br />

Memorandum of Imposing Rates<br />
To whom it may concern.<br />
At a special meeting of the Council of the Town of Bassendean, held on 1st July <strong>1991</strong>, it was<br />
resolved that the rates and charges specified hereunder, should be imposed on all rateable property<br />
within the district of the municipality for the period 1 July <strong>1991</strong> to 30 June 1992, in accordance<br />
with the Local Government Act 1960.<br />

General Rate-9.4681 cents in the dollar upon the gross rental value.<br />

Rubbish Charge-<br />
$160.00 per annum for one 240 litre bin cleared weekly on Government owned and occupied<br />
unrated properties,<br />
$80.00 per annum for one 240 litre bin cleared weekly on properties owned and occupied by<br />
Charitable organisations,<br />
$8.50 recycle charge on domestic properties.<br />
A penalty of 10 per cent of rates owing will be imposed in accordance with section 550A of the Local<br />
Government Act 1960.<br />
