MRD 85-9-71.<br />
Whereas by section 13 of the Main Roads Act 1930, it is provided that the Governor may on the<br />
recommendation of the Commissioner, by proclamation declare that any section or part of a road<br />
shall cease to be Main Road; and whereas the Commissioner has recommended that the road section<br />
delineated on the Plan specified in Schedule 2 hereto shall cease to be Main Road. <strong>The</strong>refore, I the<br />
Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, in exercise of the powers<br />
conferred by section 13 of the Main Roads Act, and pursuant to the said recommendations do hereby<br />
declare the York-Merredin Road M41 as is delineated on MRD Plan 7622-670-2 and as generally<br />
described in Schedule 2 hereto shall cease to be Main Road with effect on and from July 1, <strong>1991</strong>.<br />
