amendment for the purpose of:<br />

"Landscape Protection Area" to "Residential 1", "Residential 2", "Residential 3", and<br />

reserving land for "Local Recreation" and "Arterial Road".<br />

2. Incorporating into the Scheme Text provisions relating to permissibility of uses within the<br />

"Residential 2" and "Residential 3" zones.<br />

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at<br />

Council Offices, Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah and at the Department of Planning and Urban<br />

Development, Albert Facey House, 469-489 Wellington Street, Perth, and will be available for<br />

inspection during office hours up to and including September 3, <strong>1991</strong>.<br />

Submissions on the scheme amendment should be made in writing on Form <strong>No</strong>. 4 and lodged with<br />

the undersigned on Or before September 3, <strong>1991</strong>.<br />

This amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment<br />

and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.<br />
