Notice is hereby given that the City of Mandurah has prepared the abovementioned scheme
amendment for the purpose of:
1. Rezoning part of Murray Location 1147 Old Coast Road, Falcon from "Tourist", "Rural" and
"Landscape Protection Area" to "Residential 1", "Residential 2", "Residential 3", and
reserving land for "Local Recreation" and "Arterial Road".
2. Incorporating into the Scheme Text provisions relating to permissibility of uses within the
"Residential 2" and "Residential 3" zones.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at
Council Offices, Mandurah Terrace, Mandurah and at the Department of Planning and Urban
Development, Albert Facey House, 469-489 Wellington Street, Perth, and will be available for
inspection during office hours up to and including September 3, 1991.
Submissions on the scheme amendment should be made in writing on Form No. 4 and lodged with
the undersigned on Or before September 3, 1991.
This amendment is available for inspection in order to provide an opportunity for public comment
and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.

amendment for the purpose of replacing Clause 2.3.7 Sewerage Connection Requirements of the
Scheme Text with a new Clause which allows grouped dwellings on unsewered sites under special
circumstances.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment have been deposited at
Council Offices, Civic Place, Stirling and at the Department of Planning and Urban Development,
