NARRATOR.
Jesus [got up] and [started] to leave the Temple with his disciples. Now the disciples had been talking about the Temple, remarking
how it was decorated with fine stonework and votive offerings. Coming up to Jesus in an attempt to draw his attention to the Temple
buildings, one of his disciples said to him:
DISCIPLE.
Look at the size of these stones! Master, look at the size of these buildings!
JESUS.
You see all these great buildings? All these things that you are staring at now, the time will come when not a single stone will be left
on another, everything will be destroyed!
NARRATOR.
[Later], while sitting on the Mount of Olives facing the Temple; Peter, James, John and Andrew came up to Jesus privately and
questioned him:
PETER, JAMES, JOHN and ANDREW.
Master, tell us; when is this going to happen?...What sign will there be that all this is about to take place and be fulfilled?... What will
be the sign of your coming and of the end of the world?
