Now every year Mary and Joseph used to go to Jerusalem for the feast of Passover. When Jesus was twelve years old, they went up as
parents knowing it. They assumed that he was with the caravan. It was only after a day's journey that they went to look for him among
their relatives and acquaintances. When they couldn't find him they went back to Jerusalem to look for him.
Three days later, they found him in the Temple, sitting among the teachers of Law, listening to them and asking them questions. All
think.
MARY.
Son, why have you done this to us? Can't you see how worried your father and I have been looking for you?
JESUS.
Why were you looking for me? Didn't you know that I would be about my Father's business?
NARRATOR.
But they didn't understand what he meant. He then went back with them and came to Nazareth and lived under their subjection. But
Mary stored up all these things in her heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and man.
