All water piping (HW and CW) shall be insulated with minimum 1” insulation 4. All water piping shall be tested at 100 psig for 2 hours 5. All waste and vent piping shall be tested at 10’ for 2 hours 6. All piping shall have labels and directional flow arrow labels placed every 40 feet or once in every room 7. Underground plastic pipe shall be marked with multi-ply tape and tracer wire at least 18 inches above pipe 8. When tying in to sewer main, contractor shall perform a diagnostic video on all 4 inch and larger lines to point of connection before putting into service. GCS shall be present during video recording. Contractor shall provide GCS with DVD of video I. Equipment labeling 1. Provide plastic laminated signs on all equipment 2.
