HEALTH MATTERS<br />
79. (a) During the first week <strong>of</strong> residence all students, whether they are already registered<br />
with a doctor under the National Health Service or not, are normally expected to<br />
register with a doctor in <strong>Cambridge</strong> and to give his/her name and address to the<br />
<strong>College</strong> Nurse.<br />
(b) Students are strongly advised to report the fact to their Tutor if they have been in<br />
contact with any infectious disease, on the understanding that such information may<br />
be shared on a confidential basis with the Senior Tutor and the <strong>College</strong> Nurse.<br />
PUBLIC MEETINGS (see Appendix 8)<br />
80. No member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> shall intentionally or recklessly disrupt or impede or attempt to<br />
disrupt or impede the activities and functions <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong>.<br />
81. No member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> shall intentionally or recklessly impede freedom <strong>of</strong> speech or<br />
lawful assembly within the Precincts <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong>.<br />
82. As regards the Media, access to <strong>College</strong> premises and statements <strong>of</strong> <strong>College</strong> policy are the<br />
responsibility <strong>of</strong> the Master, Bursar and Senior Tutor acting individually or collectively<br />
and reporting to the Governing Body or its Committees as may be appropriate.<br />
FIRE<br />
83. Students must comply with the evacuation procedures posted in <strong>College</strong> and <strong>College</strong><br />
accommodation and with instructions relating to Fire Practices which may be held from<br />
time to time and any other Health and Safety Regulation in force. Failure to do so will be<br />
treated as a breach <strong>of</strong> discipline.<br />
BAR<br />
84. Only members <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong> may buy drinks from the bar. Visitors may be brought into<br />
the bar provided that they are accompanied at all times by a member <strong>of</strong> the <strong>College</strong>.<br />

PAID EMPLOYMENT<br />
85. An undergraduate who registers with his/her Tutor may, with the Tutor’s consent,<br />
undertake paid employment during the Residence Period, up to a maximum <strong>of</strong> 6 hours per<br />
week on average.<br />
