In cases w<strong>here</strong> it is made known to the Master that a Fellow cannot properly exercise<br />

her/his proper role in connection with the student or students concerned without<br />

knowledge <strong>of</strong> the details <strong>of</strong> the proceedings, then the Master may make details <strong>of</strong> the<br />

proceedings available to individual Fellows in confidence.<br />

8. COSTS<br />

The Disciplinary Tribunal may require the accused to pay costs if an allegation against<br />

her/him has been proven; and the amount <strong>of</strong> these costs shall be determined by the<br />

Tribunal.<br />

9. INABILITY TO ACT<br />

In the event <strong>of</strong> the Dean <strong>of</strong> <strong>College</strong> becoming unable to continue to act, the Master shall<br />

appoint another person to act as Dean <strong>of</strong> <strong>College</strong>. If the advocate similarly<br />

becomes unable to continue to act, the student may choose another resident member <strong>of</strong><br />

the <strong>College</strong>, with that person's consent, to serve as advocate.<br />

10. NON-DISCIPLINARY MATTERS<br />

The Disciplinary Tribunal may make recommendations to the Governing Body on<br />

strictly non-disciplinary matters, if a hearing has, in the Tribunal's view, revealed some<br />

need for modification <strong>of</strong> <strong>College</strong> policy and practice.<br />
