The right position is important!

As far as sound is concerned, Dolby-Digital 5.1 or DTS (Digital
Theatre System) is the optimal solution. The Dolby-Digital 5.1 or
DTS technology makes it possible to reproduce your DVDs and
PC games in multi-channel stereoscopic sound with own subwoofer
(bass loudspeakers) and enables therefore optimal
cinema surround sound. Noises which do not only come from the
front but from all directions awaken particularly realistic
sentiments.
You have the best sound effect (right-inthe-middle
effect) if you put the loudspeakers
(except for subwoofers) on
height-adjustable loudspeaker stands (for
optical reasons naturally with internal
cable run). The sound arrives directly at
ear height and reflections on the floor are
avoided. Ideally, you set the subwoofer up
in the middle below the screen.
