and 24.4 ± 9.5%, respectively). At 12 h, most <strong>of</strong> the CHX and CAMP treated oocytes<br />

were still arrested at the GV II and GVIII stages whilst some control oocytes had<br />

reached the ProMI stage. At 22 h, the oocytes in control and CHX group mostly went<br />

to the ProMI and MI stages (23.5 f 5.8% and 49.4 ± 8.4%, 18.7 ± 2.3% and 49.3 ±<br />

6.6%, respectively) whereas most (64.7 ± 4.6%) <strong>of</strong> the oocytes in CAMP group were<br />

at the GVII stage. At 28 h, 78.9 : 5.9%, 77.8 ± 1.1% and 73.3 ± 6.9% <strong>of</strong> control,<br />

CHX and CAMP oocytes reached MI respectively (p > 0.05).<br />
