Important is however the comparison of the partners, which is made both in point 1 and 3 of<br />

this <strong>Baseline</strong> <strong>study</strong>.<br />

Not all collected information is yet consolidated and much documentation exists and will<br />

serve as input for the work on the Themes and the ULSGs; Therefore the baseline <strong>study</strong> will<br />

doubtlessly be upgraded in the beginning of the implementation phase<br />
