how to establish a LAP ?
in close cooperation with the local stakeholders in each partner city
The Lead expert will propose a framework for the Local Action Plan in relation to
the project, or several frameworks if necessary, taking into account the different
situations in the different city partners (taken from the Baseline Study)
It is up to each partner to determine precisely how to adapt it to the ‘local’
situation and actual local needs, which will be informed by the baseline study and
‘local’ enquiry, as well as input by the Local Support Group
produced as a result of the exchange and learning activities between partners, and
as a co-production between the partner and the Local Support Group
