OBJECTIVES:<br />
• the ULSG contributes to the partner cities project<br />
development, in particular for the formulation of<br />
the <strong>Baseline</strong> Study and the definition of the<br />
Local Action Plan<br />
• helps to identify what the city can offer to the<br />
<strong>ENTER</strong>.<strong>HUB</strong> network in the form of good<br />
practice, existing tools, site visits, policies and<br />
other experience<br />
