Especially for light weight building material wit a 4 mm Top and<br />
Bottom layer, <strong>Hafele</strong> developed the glue insert Aerofix 100. It is<br />
easy to install, manually or mechanically.<br />
This insert is available for panel thickness from 25 mm to 600 mm.<br />

Aerofix 100 bridges the distance from the 4mm top and<br />
bottom layers of the light weight panel.<br />
Into this thread insert can be screwed:<br />

Installation Aerofix 100<br />

Drill 10 mm hole in needed position into the 4mm top layer. Drilling depth through<br />
the entire middle layer until the bottom layer is reached.<br />
Press the Aerofix 100 insert into the pre drilled hole flush with the surface. This<br />
way the dowel will lock in place mechanically. Because of the mechanical engaging<br />
screws and bolts can be screwed into the glue insert immediately.<br />
Please note that no pressure should be applied to the dowel until the spread<br />
1-K-PUR glue is fully cured and hardened. (Within 16 hours).<br />
