Christian Bjørnskov<br />
Christian Bjørnskov is associate pr<strong>of</strong>essor <strong>of</strong> economics at<br />
Aarhus University in Denmark. He studied economics at Aarhus<br />
<strong>and</strong> obtained a PhD at <strong>the</strong> Aarhus School <strong>of</strong> Business in 2005.<br />
