2.1.2 PMCS Procedures.<br />

a. Your PMCS, Table 2-1, lists inspections and care required to keep your mask<br />

in good operating condition.<br />

b. The "ITEM NO." column of Table 2-1 contains a number for each item. Item<br />

numbers appear in the order that you must do PMCS.<br />

c. The "INTERVAL" column tells you when to do a certain check or service.<br />

d. "LOCATION/ITEM TO CHECK/SERVICE" column lists the location and name<br />

of the item(s).<br />

e. The "PROCEDURE" column tells you how to do required checks and<br />

services.<br />

NOTE<br />

Terms "ready/available" and "mission capable" refer to<br />

same status: Equipment is on hand and fully mission<br />

capable (See DA PAM 738-750).<br />
