2.12 INSTALLATION OF HOOD. a. Remove outserts. Lay hood flat with facepiece opening up and both draw strings loose. b. Slip mask through bottom hood opening. Center top seam of hood on facepiece. Hook edge of facepiece opening around both eyelens. c. Work the rest of the hood onto the facepiece. Keep edge of hood below side ports (1) and under the lip on the outlet valve cover (2). 2-60
