Roger PAPAZ (1)*
Born in Paris in 1925, he is a Science graduate and a graduate of the
‘Institut des Actuaires Français’, and has been on the Board of
Unibail since 1978. His directorship was last renewed at the
General Meeting held on April 22, 1999 for a period of three years,
until the General Meeting called to approve the accounts for the
financial year ending December 31, 2001. As Honorary Managing
Director of AGF, Roger Papaz is also Vice-President of the
Supervisory Board of Euler, a member of the Supervisory Board of
Vendôme Rome Participations SA, and a director of Foncière
Lyonnaise, EMGP and Batiparts.
Jean-Jacques ROSA
Born in Marseilles in 1941, and holder of a doctorate in Economics
and a post-graduate degree in Economic Sciences, he was
appointed as a director of Unibail at the General Meeting held on
May 20, 1998. His directorship was last renewed at the General
Meeting held on April 24, 2001 for a period of three years, until the
General Meeting called to approve the accounts for the financial
year ending December 31, 2003. He is a University Professor and
teaches at the 'Institut d’Etudes Politiques’ in Paris. He is also a
director of SAIA.
Jean-Philippe THIERRY
Born in Paris in 1948, graduate of the 'Institut d’Etudes Politiques'
of Paris, and the holder of a DES in Economic Sciences, he has been
on the Board since 1992. His directorship was last renewed at the
General Meeting held on April 24, 2001 for a period of three years,
until the General Meeting called to approve the accounts for the
financial year ending December 31, 2003. He is Chairman & CEO of
AGF, AGF Holding, AGF Vie, AGF Iart, AGF International and AGF La
Lilloise. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Euler and
AGF Informatique, member of the Supervisory Board of Baron
Philippe de Rothschild SA, Cie Financière Saint Honoré and Société
du Louvre; and a director of AGF Belgium Insurance, Allianz Seguros
y Reaseguros and AGF RAS Holding.
UNIFICA (Groupe Crédit Agricole) represented by Jean-Renaud
LE MILON.
Jean-Renaud LE MILON. Born in Enghien les Bains (95) in 1946,
he holds a Master's degree in Law, a post-graduate professional Law
degree (DES), and is a graduate of ENA. He is Managing Director of
UNIFICA. The company has been a director of Unibail since 1995.
Its directorship was last renewed at the General Meeting held on
April 24, 2001 for a period of three years, until the General Meeting
called to approve the accounts for the financial year ending
December 31, 2003. Jean-Renaud Le Milon is a permanent representative
of UNIFICA on the Board of Ucabail Immobilier and Unicomi.
