STOCK MARKET PERFORMANCE AND SHAREHOLDERS Stock market performance Stock market value creation is measured by Total Shareholder Return (TSR). This indicates the change in the company’s share price over a given period, plus the dividends it has paid out during the period, assuming they have been immediately reinvested in its shares. In 2001, despite an unfavourable global stock market context, Unibail’s TSR amounted to 3.6%. Between January 1, 1993 and December 31, 2001, Unibail’s shares annualized TSR amounted to 19.6%, compared with 11.3% for the EPRA property investment companies performance index.
