Toyota and Lexus adopt FastTrack<br />

<strong>in</strong>dicators <strong>in</strong> order to improve shop<br />

efficiencies, pr<strong>of</strong>itability, and customer<br />

service, company <strong>of</strong>ficials said.<br />

“We’re excited to roll out the FastTrack<br />

system to all <strong>of</strong> our certified dealers — it<br />

will play an important role <strong>in</strong> assess<strong>in</strong>g<br />

current operations and mak<strong>in</strong>g sure our<br />

collision centers are at the highest<br />

performance levels,” said Brad Brahe, body<br />

shop process improvement manager,<br />

Toyota Motor Sales USA. “The system is<br />

easy to use and can be customized to track<br />

metrics related to each shop’s operations so<br />

our shops can work more efficiently, which<br />

drives stronger bus<strong>in</strong>ess results and more<br />

satisfied customers.”<br />

FastTrack provides quick access to<br />

accurate <strong>in</strong>formation so collision centers<br />

can understand the impact their processes<br />

and personnel have on production levels<br />

and pr<strong>of</strong>itability. It is a flexible, web-based<br />

system that <strong>in</strong>tegrates with<strong>in</strong> a collision<br />

center’s exist<strong>in</strong>g production model.<br />

FastTrack allows shops to collect data and<br />

report on all repair records, and more<br />

effectively act on that <strong>in</strong>formation <strong>in</strong> order<br />

to improve processes across the entire<br />

operation. Shops can access a snapshot <strong>of</strong><br />

key <strong>in</strong>formation or complete reports so they<br />

can make decisions that will help drive<br />
