Jovenel Thomas has been teaching English literature and language at a public secondary school<br />
in Cap Haitien for 6 years. His students are between 12-22 years of age. There are 50 students in<br />
his class. In this school, Jovenel works as a teacher who can provide training for freshmen<br />
teachers and as an interpreter with the American missionaries who work from the school. He<br />
received a certificate from a University in Limbe. He has recently taught leadership to different<br />
groups and his hobby is reading literature. His primary goal for participating in TEA is to<br />
explore new methodologies for teaching in a communicative way.<br />

degree in Sociology and a specialization in Education with a Master’s degree. She is married<br />
with two children. Her objectives for participating in TEA are to explore new methodologies and<br />
approaches, share her ideas, and to bring back insights so as to enrich her own peers and pupils.<br />
