Tatyana Botova has been teaching English language and Practice of Oral and Written Speech for<br />
15 years. The age of her students range from 13-16 years old, and on average there are 60<br />
students in her classes. Tatyana is the Head of the School English Faculty, an active member of<br />
TATE, teacher-trainer of Impact Program, Interlink Resources and the author of the curriculum<br />
―Practice of Oral and Written Speech.‖ Tatyana is divorced with two children: a son who is a<br />
university student and a daughter who is a student in the 9th form. Her hobbies are reading,<br />
listening to music, and swimming. Her primary objective for participating in TEA is to achieve<br />
better methodological skills, to share her new experiences with colleagues, and to engage her<br />
students in a classroom setting.<br />

Lyudmila Gorzhuy was born in Kazakhstan and has been working in the system of education for<br />
13 years. She has experience teaching different levels of pupils: from the 2nd up to the 11th<br />
grade. Her professional experience is rather varied: a teacher of secondary school, a counterpart<br />
of Peace Corps volunteer, a trainer at oblast and local teachers’ courses. She has been working in<br />
the experimental program organized by the Republican National Pedagogical Centre of 12-year<br />
education. Lyudmila has a very good ability to work in a team environment, she has strong<br />
leadership qualities and is energetic, inspiring other people to get organized and achieve good<br />
results. She is married and has one son. Her hobbies are reading and singing in a local folk choir.<br />
Her primary goal for participating in TEA is to improve classroom management and new ideas<br />
of motivating and involving students in the process of studying English.<br />
Galiya Kabytayeva, English Teacher<br />

Galiya Kabytayeva has been teaching English at a public secondary school for the past 26 years.<br />
The age of her students range from 7-16 years old, and on average there are 25 students in her<br />
class. Galiya provides trainings for her peers in teaching methodology. Galiya is married with<br />
two sons and her hobbies include reading and making music and compositions. Her primary<br />
objective for participating in TEA is to explore new methodologies for engaging students in<br />
more active classroom work.
