Muyassar Nasarova has been teaching English at a secondary school for 18 years. The age of her<br />

students range from 11-16 years old. She is a leader of the Method Union at her school and a<br />

teacher trainer in her district and zone. She provides trainings for teachers in teaching<br />

methodology and material design. She provides English circle sessions at school and she has a<br />

group of ACCESS students. She received a diploma in teaching English from Khujanol State<br />

Pedagogical Institute in 1990, and a Certificate of Mentor from the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe in<br />

2008. She is married and has 3 daughters. Her hobbies are writing poems and singing. Her<br />

primary goals for participating in TEA are to develop her professional skills and explore new<br />

methodologies in teaching English.<br />

Turkmen National Institute of World Languages in Ashgabat in 1998 and a certificate in teaching<br />

methods from the same institute. Gulshirin has one daughter. Her hobbies are knitting and<br />

Habiba Orunowa has been teaching English language at a secondary school for the past 8 years.<br />

class. She is an active member of the school’s clubs such as the English club, grammar club, and<br />

drama club. She also provides trainings for her colleagues in computer skills. Habiba received<br />

her diploma in English from Turkmenabat Pedagogical Institute in 2000. She is married and has<br />

a daughter. Her hobbies include cooking, drawing, painting, organizing drama performances, and<br />

photography. Her main objectives for participating in TEA are engaging in cross-cultural<br />

activities, teamwork and cooperation, developing the best possibilities for education in her<br />

country, and exploring new methods of teaching her students. Her aim is to give maximum<br />

knowledge to every single student.<br />
