WE’RE
We ended FY 2011 with great fanfare when we marked our 20th Anniversary on 3 April 2012 with a
Celebration Dinner. Guest-of-Honour, Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security
and Minister for Home Affairs, Teo Chee Hean, launched our Commemorative Book, ‘Reliving ITE’s
Transformation’, while declaring the year-long celebration open.
The book chronicles our transformation journey from 1992 to 2012, through first-hand accounts of key
policy makers, Board Members, senior management and staff from the past and present, as well as our
students and alumni. At the event, we also honoured 25 international and local partners, which had
contributed significantly to our Mission and Vision, and had made an impact on students’ outcomes
and success.
