Jawarish Amla<br />

Its name is due to its chief ingredient Amla (Emblica officinalis<br />

Gaertin fruit)<br />

Action: Muqavvi Meda (Gastric tonic), Muqavvi Dimagh (Brain<br />

tonic), Muqavvi Jiger (Liver tonic)<br />

Uses: Zofe Meda (Weakness of Stomach), Zofe Dimagh (Weakness<br />

of Brain), Safravi Is-hal (Biliary Diorrhoea) and Nafakh Shakum<br />

(Flatulence)<br />

Chief Ingredient: Amla (Emblica officinalis Gaertin fruit)<br />

Ingredient:<br />

Amla (Emblica officinalis Gaertin fruit) 100gm<br />

Chini (Sugar) 1kg<br />

Preparation: Soak Amla (Emblica officinalis Gaertin fruit) in milk<br />

for 24 hour. Wash with water thoroughly. Boil in water and mesh<br />

with hands, filter and mix sugar. Prepare particular consistency solution.<br />

Dose: 6gm<br />

Post Beruun Pista (Pistacia vera fruit shell) 10gm<br />

Chini (Sugar) 2kg<br />

Preparation: Soak Amla (Emblica officinalis Gaertin fruit) in milk<br />

for 24 hour. Wash with water thoroughly. Boil in water and rub<br />

with hands, filter and mix sugar. Prepare Qiwam (Basic Solution of<br />

Particular consistency) of sugar with water and add powder of rest<br />

of the drugs.<br />
