The last remaining working mill in
Jersey, the building dates from the
18th century and was restored in
1978 by The National Trust for
Jersey. Inside there is a shop, an
exhibition on the history of milling
and a display of archaeological finds.
After visiting Le Moulin why not take
the peaceful woodland trail to Le
Moulin de Tesson to view the Steam
Engine Room and is substantial
double-width waterwheel.

Well-preserved German Naval
Command Bunker that controlled the
coastal artillery Batterie Lothringen
from 1944-45. On two floors, this
impressive bunker contains numerous
displays and exhibits. Your visit also
includes an 11 minute DVD guided
tour of the batterie, much of which
has now been excavated and made

Discover Hidden artwork
commissioned to tell the story of
the castle; Climb the turrets to
find the medieval ‘wheel of urine’,
and descend into the cellar to
experience the 'witchcraft'
exhibit. Life-size wooden soldiers
guard the castle from attack and
'the wounded man' statue shows
the fate that could befall those
fighting to save the castle from
