This award-winning garden is a lovely
place to sit and pass away a few hours.
180 feet long Koi pond with a great
waterfall and a large aviary with many
birds in it that have been rescued over the
years The garden contains many
thousands of plants which have been
carefully chosen for their scent, appearance
and attraction to wildlife. Through the
summer months, you will often come
across a charity raising event being held in
the garden and in the Amphitheatre/
Theatre and only recently, Reg has been
granted permission to hold Civil Wedding
ceremonies in the Garden Theatre.

Samarès Manor Gardens, which
date from the 1920’s, have recently
undergone substantial restoration and
development including the creation
of one of the most comprehensive
herb gardens in Europe. The gardens
are richly planted, containing a
multitude of environmental conditions
and design styles - a formal rose and
lavender garden, Japanese garden,
exotics border, water gardens and
conservation areas. Manor House and
Rural Life Museum.

Howard Davis Park

One of the most appealing of Jersey’s
public gardens, the grounds contains
colourful displays of trees and plants that
flourish in the mild climate. The park is the
location of a World War Two cemetery and
is host to many alfresco events throughout
the warmer months.
