CPR Meeting<br />

President of Qatar General Electricity<br />

& Water Corporation “KAH-<br />

RAMAA” H.E. Eng. Essa Hilal<br />

Al-Kuwari chaired the Corporate<br />

Performance Review (CPR) meeting<br />

of the 4th quarter 2010 in the<br />

attendance of KAHRAMAA Directors, Managers,<br />

Head of sections, and senior staff.<br />

The meeting reviewed the performance development<br />

of the different departments, problem<br />

analysis, work progress in current projects,<br />

and executive procedures taken to overcome.<br />

The CPR meeting provides a comprehensive<br />

evaluation of performance and business.<br />

The meeting focused on the strategic plans<br />

and projects KAHRAMAA implemented in<br />

the electricity and water sectors in addition<br />

to other services it provides. The meeting<br />

tackled, as well, project implementation, corporate<br />

performance review, and customer<br />

services enhancement. The meeting reviewed<br />

KAHRAMAA strategic vision of future projects<br />

in line with Qatar need of electricity and<br />

water as a result of the comprehensive development<br />

the State witnesses.<br />

At the end of the meeting, H.E. Al-Kuwari<br />

expressed his appreciation of the accomplishments<br />

achieved and the great development<br />

of KAHRAMAA business and projects<br />

in 2010.<br />

He also appreciated the efforts of KAHRA-<br />

MAA staff who contributed to the development<br />

KAHRAMAA witnessed at all levels.<br />

Al-Kuwari stressed KAHRAMAA commitment<br />

to anticipate the future and efficiently<br />

meet Qatar need of electricity and water.
