CPR Meeting

and Water Corporation
“KAHRAMAA” held the
Corporate Performance
Review (CPR) meeting
of the 2 nd quarter 2011 to
follow up the implementation of 2011 – 2016
plan. The meeting was chaired by KAHRA-
MAA President H.E. Eng. Essa bin Hilal Al-

Kuwari in the attendance of KAHRAMAA
Directors, Managers, Head of sections, and
senior staff. The CPR meeting was meant to
review department performance in the last
period.
The meeting reviewed the performance
reports of the different departments including
an analysis of the encountered problems,
work progress in the current projects, obstacles
and measures taken to overcome. This
meeting was vital as it reviewed the measures
taken by KAHRAMAA departments and affiliated
stand-by offices to meet the challenge of
over consumption expected in the summer.
The meeting focused on the strategic plans
and projects KAHRAMAA implements in the
electricity and water sectors, in addition to
other services it provides for customers.
