Deputy Chairman<br />
Neil Bird has extensive experience in <strong>the</strong><br />
development industry including senior<br />
executive positions with Delfin Property<br />
Group and Pioneer Housing Group. He has<br />
served on many government and industry<br />
boards and committees including <strong>the</strong> Urban<br />
Development Institute of Australia, Hunter<br />
Development Corporation and Central Sydney<br />
Planning Committee.<br />
Neil was made a Member of <strong>the</strong> Order<br />
of Australia in 2000 for services <strong>to</strong> urban<br />
development.<br />
Bonita Boezeman AO<br />
PMD Harvard, FAICD<br />
Bonita Boezeman worked for Time Warner<br />
Inc in senior executive positions for 23 years<br />
in Europe and Australia and has extensive<br />
experience in marketing, finance, strategy, and<br />
<strong>the</strong> music and entertainment industry.<br />
Bonita is <strong>the</strong> Chair of PayPal Australia and<br />
has had several years on public company,<br />
government property and gaming boards.<br />
Bonita was made an Officer in <strong>the</strong> Order of<br />
Australia in 2003 and awarded <strong>the</strong> Centenary<br />
Medal for service <strong>to</strong> business and <strong>the</strong><br />
community.<br />
Robyn Clubb<br />
B ECON, CA, ASIA, MAICD<br />
Robyn Clubb’s experience is in <strong>the</strong><br />
financial services industry and includes<br />
corporate advisory, corporate lending, retail<br />
superannuation, retail funds management<br />
and involvement in international ventures.<br />
Robyn has worked at a senior management<br />
level in New Zealand, China and <strong>the</strong> United<br />
Kingdom.<br />
Kim Cull<br />
Dip Law, MAICD, FCIS<br />
Kim Cull is <strong>the</strong> Chief Governance and Planning<br />
Officer and Legal Counsel at <strong>the</strong> University of<br />
New England. She has extensive public sec<strong>to</strong>r<br />
experience as a senior executive in The <strong>NSW</strong><br />
Premier’s Department, The Department of<br />
Planning and <strong>the</strong> Legal Aid Commission of<br />
<strong>NSW</strong>.<br />
A former president of <strong>the</strong> Law Society of <strong>NSW</strong><br />
(2002), Kim has been in private practice as a<br />
solici<strong>to</strong>r, partner and consultant in regional and<br />
Sydney firms. She currently chairs an advisory<br />
board <strong>to</strong> The Department of Commerce.<br />

Robert Hamil<strong>to</strong>n<br />
Robert Hamil<strong>to</strong>n’s career in <strong>the</strong> property<br />
industry spans over 50 years and he is a<br />
qualified real estate valuer. After founding and<br />
operating Hamil<strong>to</strong>n & Co Real Estate for more<br />
than 10 years, Robert co founded The Mirvac<br />
Group in 1972, retiring as Managing Direc<strong>to</strong>r<br />
in 2005.<br />
Robert is a member of <strong>the</strong> Salvation Army<br />
Advisory Board and is regularly called<br />
upon <strong>to</strong> provide property advice across <strong>the</strong><br />
development industry.<br />

William Kirkby-Jones AM<br />
DIP CD, FAICD, FAIM, FAMI<br />
Chairman<br />
William Kirkby-Jones secured his experience<br />
in <strong>the</strong> building and development industry as<br />
founding Managing Direc<strong>to</strong>r of <strong>the</strong> Defence<br />
Housing Authority and earlier, as <strong>the</strong> Managing<br />
Direc<strong>to</strong>r of <strong>the</strong> Housing Industry Association.<br />
He currently holds a number of non-executive<br />
direc<strong>to</strong>rships.<br />
In 1992, William was made a Member of <strong>the</strong><br />
Order of Australia for outstanding service <strong>to</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> housing industry.<br />
Sean O’Toole<br />
DIP T&CP, DIP ENV STUDIES, GAICD, FRAPI,<br />
ASSOC API<br />
Managing Direc<strong>to</strong>r<br />
Sean O’Toole has been <strong>the</strong> Chief Executive of<br />
<strong>Landcom</strong> since 1996. Prior <strong>to</strong> joining <strong>Landcom</strong><br />
he held senior urban planning management<br />
positions in both state and local government.<br />
Sean is a member of <strong>the</strong> Australian Property<br />
Institute, an associate of <strong>the</strong> Australian Institute<br />
of Company Direc<strong>to</strong>rs, and has qualifications<br />
in real estate valuation, <strong>to</strong>wn planning and<br />
environmental management.<br />
Madeline Derma<strong>to</strong>ssian served on <strong>the</strong> Board<br />
until 31 December 2010.
