Bach exhibit space will be provided with one l0'x l0'carpeted booth that includes an 8'high
backdrop, a 3' high divider on each side, one 6' long draped table, two chairs, a booth identification sign
and a l l0V electrical outlet. The colors will be berry (mauve) and white.
Each paid-for exhibit space includes one full registration and identification badge that entitles the
registrant to attend all synrposium functions. All other workers in the booth will receive passes that
allow thern in the exhibit hall only and only during exhibit hours.
Reservations fbrexhibit spaces are accepted only if accompanied by full payment. All booth spaces are
reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, exhibitor preference will be considered but is not
guaranteed.
Cancellation of exl-ribit reservations will be accepted with full refund until October 31, 1996. After
which tirne, $200.00/booth will become non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund.
l-he exliibit hall will open on Sunday, Feb.9, 1997 from l0:00am to 2:00pm for exhibitors to set-up
displays. Dismantlingwill beon ThursdayFeb. 13,1997 fromnoonto3:00pm. Therewill benoearly
breakdown.
Regulations and Limitations:
No booth sharing allowed
No one will be allowed to solicit irrformation unless they are a paid exhibitor
No commercial displays outside the exhibit hall.
No food, drinks or smoking will be allowed inside the exhibit hall.
No one will be allowed in the exhibit hall unsupervised exceptwhen it is open.
No one will be authorized to move into enrpty booth spaces unless you have paid forthat space.
No one will be allowed into any symposium function without their identification badge.
Use of the PIA or PIA synrposium logo on any products is strictly prohibited witliout prior written
consent.
No Exceptions!!
PIA will not be responsible fbr the safety of the property of the exhibitors from theft, darnage by fire,
accident, or other causes, but will use reasonable care to protect the exhibitors from such loss.
Exhibitors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense.
PIA shall not be liable fbr any damage or injury of any kind during the terrn of this agreement.
