Prez!
To our Members and Subscribers:
Our September Meeting in Houston
was both productive and groundbreaking.
Productive in that a lot of
work was accomplished. Groundbreaking
in that PIA is entering an
exciting period of growth and
innovation. As new opportunities are
being presented to our organization,
our members and committees are
accepting the associated challenges.
There is a downside to these new
areas of involvement and projects -
again, I must apologize for the
lateness of this issue of Para
NewsBrief. There has been a great
deal of interim action since the
meeting, and it seems there is never
enough time. However, at our
February meeting, I hope to present a
proposal that will deal with this
situation, and allow us to get more
association work done in a timely and profbssional
manner, while providing better than ever services
for our members.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish
everyone Happy Holidays and all the best for the
New Year, and I am looking forward to seeing you
at SYMPOSIUM'97 in February!
