Michael J. Collins, CFA, is Principal on the High Yield Team, responsible for investment strategy, risk management, and derivatives.<br />

He has managed the portfolio since 2001. Prior to his current role, Mr. Collins was Senior Investment Strategist, covering all fixed<br />

income sectors. Previously, he was a credit research analyst with <strong>Prudential</strong>. He also developed proprietary quantitative international<br />

interest rate and currency valuation models for our global bond unit. Mr. Collins joined <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1986 as a software<br />

applications designer. He received a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton<br />

and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Mr. Collins holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a<br />

Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).<br />

Jennison Portfolio<br />

Michael A. Del Balso, Spiros “Sig” Segalas and Kathleen A. McCarragher are the portfolio managers of the Portfolio. Mr. Del Balso<br />

generally has final authority over all aspects of the Portfolio’s investment portfolio, including but not limited to, purchases and sales<br />

of individual securities, portfolio construction, risk assessment and management of cash flows.<br />

Michael A. Del Balso joined Jennison in May 1972 and is a Managing Director of Jennison. He is also Jennison’s Director of Research<br />

for Growth Equity. Mr. Del Balso graduated from Yale University in 1966 and received his M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1968.<br />

He is a member of <strong>The</strong> New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc. He has managed the Portfolio since April 2000.<br />

Spiros “Sig” Segalas was a founding member of Jennison in 1969 and is currently a Director, President and Chief Investment Officer<br />

of Jennison. He received his B.A. from Princeton University in 1955 and is a member of <strong>The</strong> New York Society of Security Analysts,<br />

Inc. He has managed the Portfolio since February 1999.<br />

Kathleen A. McCarragher joined Jennison in May 1998 and is a Director and Managing Director of Jennison. She is also Jennison’s<br />

Head of Growth Equity. Prior to joining Jennison, she was employed at Weiss, Peck & Greer L.L.C. for six years as a Managing<br />

Director and the Director of Large Cap Growth Equities. Ms. McCarragher graduated summa cum laude from the University of<br />

Wisconsin with a B.B.A. in 1977 and received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1982. She has managed the Portfolio<br />

since February 1999.<br />

<strong>The</strong> portfolio managers for the Portfolio are supported by other Jennison portfolio managers, research analysts and investment<br />

professionals. Jennison typically follows a team approach in providing such support to the portfolio managers. <strong>The</strong> teams are<br />

generally organized along product strategies (e.g., large cap growth, large cap value) and meet regularly to review the portfolio<br />

holdings and discuss security purchase and sales activity of all accounts in the particular product strategy. Team members provide<br />

research support, make securities recommendations and support the portfolio managers in all activities. Members of the team may<br />

change from time to time.<br />

Money Market Portfolio<br />

Joseph M. Tully, Manolita Brasil and Robert Browne of <strong>Prudential</strong> Fixed Income Management (PFIM) are primarily responsible for the<br />

day-to-day management of the Portfolio.<br />

Joseph M. Tully is Managing Director and Head of the Money Market Group at PFIM, overseeing all taxable and tax-exempt money<br />

markets portfolios. . He has managed the Money Market Portfolio since 1995. Prior to joining <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1987, he<br />

worked for Merrill Lynch Asset Management as portfolio manager and senior bank credit analyst, and was an assistant national bank<br />

examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Mr. Tully has been managing short-term fixed income investments since<br />

1985 and began his investment career in 1983. He received a BS in Finance from Fordham University and an MBA from Rutgers<br />

University.<br />

Manolita Brasil is Vice President and sector portfolio manager for the Money Market Group. She has been managing the Portfolio<br />

since 1996. In addition, Ms. Brasil coordinates credit research for commercial paper and other short-term instruments. She has been<br />

managing money market portfolios for PFIM since 1988. Previously, she managed the money markets support staff. Ms. Brasil joined<br />

<strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1979. She received a BS in Management Science from Kean College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson<br />

University.<br />

Robert T. Browne is Vice President and sector portfolio manager for the Money Market Group. He has been managing the Portfolio<br />

since 1998. Before assuming his current position in 1995, he spent two years analyzing and trading currency and global bonds, and<br />

handling operations, marketing, compliance and business planning functions. Mr. Browne joined <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1989. He<br />

received a BA in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from Ursinus College.<br />
