Operating Notes<br />

1) If you must enter the yellow cabinet, pull the door firmly and quickly to avoid<br />

shutting off the hydraulic pump and having to reset Red handle to horizontal,<br />

etc.<br />

2) Opening any doors during operation will initiate safety shut-downs. I.E. Pulling<br />

open the yellow cabinet doors during operation will stop all motion in cabinet<br />

and leave you with a mess of melted plastic<br />

3) Formed bottles are HOT and should not be handled immediately after<br />

forming, especially the top and bottom flashing.<br />

Shut Down<br />

1) Turn off both Water Supply valves inside yellow cabinet (levers perpendicular<br />

to feed lines<br />

2) Return leather cover to cut knife<br />

3) Turn off water supply knob on wall behind machine<br />

4) Turn off hydraulic motor [HYDR. MOTOR <strong>OF</strong>F]<br />

5) Return Red Hydraulic Pump lever to Horizontal<br />

6) Press Red “Emergency Stop” Button<br />

7) Turn Key to “<strong>OF</strong>F”<br />

8) Turn off both Power Handles marked “230V” and “460V”<br />

9) Return key to electrical cabinet (Large Tan Doors)<br />

a) Unlock Padlock<br />
