Fuels : (For Petrol car)<br />
For vehicle without catalytic converter :<br />
Leaded premium grade petrol conforming to IS 2796-1994 or<br />
DIN 51600 (or equivalent) or unleaded premium grade petrol<br />
conforming to DIN 51607 (or equivalent) and RON not less than<br />
87 is recommended to be used as fuel. (RON stands for Research<br />
Octane Number)<br />

Vehicles with catalytic converter :<br />
Unleaded regular grade petrol conforming to IS 2796-1994/<br />
DIN 51607 (or equivalent) and RON not less than 87 is<br />
recommended to be used as fuel.<br />
Do not use leaded petrol in a car fitted with catalytic<br />
converter. Even single fill of leaded petrol will seriously<br />
damage the catalytic converter.<br />
