5.21 GOOD GOVERNANCE<br />
Our <strong>Government</strong> remains fully committed to good governance,<br />
transparency, accountability and the rule <strong>of</strong> law.<br />
This year, the key priorities are:<br />
1. The commencement <strong>of</strong> operations <strong>of</strong> the Integrity Commission in<br />
the first quarter;<br />
2. The staffing <strong>of</strong> the Office <strong>of</strong> the Ombudsman for enhanced<br />
effectiveness;<br />
3. The adoption <strong>of</strong> a code <strong>of</strong> conduct for Ministers; and<br />
4. The adoption <strong>of</strong> a code <strong>of</strong> conduct for senior managers in the<br />
Public Service.<br />
5.22 CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM<br />
A draft Constitution <strong>of</strong> <strong>Grenada</strong> has been prepared and a national<br />
consultative process is now underway. Consultation with the diaspora will<br />
take place this year.<br />
5.23 LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS<br />
In <strong>2011</strong>, the priorities are:<br />
1. Employment Agency<br />
2. Labour Market Information System<br />
3. Revision <strong>of</strong> Labour Code<br />
4. Occupational Health and Safety<br />
5. Decent Work Agenda<br />
6. Flexi-Time<br />
