Bi-sexual and Transgender (LGBT) Forum to assist
with the reporting of homophobic crime.

harassment, including a White Ribbon Day to
engage practitioners in domestic violence issues.

of 513 crimes.
Continue to explore innovative ways to involve
older people and the voluntary sector in
improving home security.
Reduce vehicle crime (theft of and theft from) by
26%, a reduction of 1459 crimes.
Reduce assaults (common assault, actual bodily
harm, grievous bodily harm and sexual assaults)
by 15%, a reduction of 358 crimes.
Repeat initiative annually across the borough.
Reduce the number of repeat victims of
domestic violence and hate crime by 25%, a
reduction of 70.
By March 2008 the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and
Transgender (LGBT) Forum will be fully
established and working with the Police to
reduce homophobic crime.
