of the Group containing provisions conferring upon any member of the Group an important obligation or
liability for the whole of the Group as at the date of the registration document.

Throughout the period of validity of the present reference document, the articles of association, auditors’
reports and the financial statements for the last three financial years, as well as all reports, correspondence
and other documents, historical financial information on TOUAX SCA, the Group and its subsidiaries for the
last three financial years, assessments and declarations drawn up by experts, insofar as such documents are
required by law, and any other document required by law, may be consulted at the company’s offices. It should
also be noted that the reference documents including the financial statements and auditors’ reports are available
electronically on the Group’s internet site (www.touax.com).
