Modular buildings<br />
A flexible service for a diverse customer base.<br />
The Group offers leasing and sales of modular buildings for industry,<br />
local authorities and the construction and public works sector.<br />
At the end of 2004, TOUAX operated a fleet of 21,820 units, placing it third<br />
in Europe and sixth in the world (source: TOUAX).<br />

TOUAX modular buildings offer customers the ability to:<br />

2 save time, with a quick disposal of the workspace,<br />
2 custom design their workspace at minimum cost,<br />
making it easy to expand, reduce or transfer buildings,<br />

Fleet managed by the Group<br />
A diverse customer base<br />
The main customers are drawn from the industrial sector, local authorities<br />
and construction and public works companies. TOUAX provides buildings for<br />
offices, hospitals, laboratories, schools as well as welfare units for buildings site<br />
and other community facilities. Thousands of customers are loyal to TOUAX<br />
buildings, including: ST micro-electronics, British Petroleum, Sanofi, Bouygues,<br />
Hochetief, FCC, regional authorities, etc.<br />
Development of a branch network<br />
in Europe and the USA<br />
The Group operates across an increasingly wide geographical<br />
area.<br />
In France, TOUAX has eight branches. The Group is also<br />
present in Germany (Hamburg/Kiel, Rostock, Berlin<br />
and Frankfurt), in the Netherlands at Moerdijk, in Belgium<br />
at Leuven, in Spain at Madrid and Barcelona, in Poland<br />
at Gdansk, Poznan, Warsaw and Katowice and in Florida<br />
(Orlando, Fort Myers, Tampa) and Georgia (Atlanta)<br />
in the United States.<br />
The Group intends to continue its development throughout<br />
Europe and the South-Eastern United States in the years<br />
ahead.<br />
