note 21. Shareholders’ equity<br />
Shareholders’ equity is detailed in the statement of<br />
changes in shareholders’ equity.<br />
On 7 October <strong>2005</strong> the Management Board recorded<br />
the exercise of 11,001 equity warrants authorized by<br />
the Extraordinary General Meeting of 16 September<br />
2002. The capital was increased by €88,008 and the<br />
issue premium by €44,004.<br />
On 28 November <strong>2005</strong> the Management Board<br />
recorded a capital increase of €7,326,328 in accor-<br />
dance with the authorization given by the<br />
Extraordinary General Meeting of 30 June <strong>2005</strong>. The<br />
issue premium after allocation of the expenses relating<br />
to the operation (€1 million) was increased by<br />
€10,630,895.<br />
