The increase in net distributions to investors is due<br />
to the increase in the fleets under management.<br />
■ Shipping containers<br />
The Group manages a container fleet of 256,182 TEU<br />
on behalf of third parties:<br />
• The 1998 Trust and the 2001 Trust (53,077 TEU),<br />
• Management programs (203,105 TEU).<br />
■ Modular buildings<br />
The Group manages 12,368 modular buildings on<br />
behalf of third parties, in France, the United States,<br />
Germany and the Netherlands.<br />
■ River barges<br />
The revenues paid to investors relate to a fleet<br />
managed in the Netherlands by the subsidiary<br />
Eurobulk Transportmaatschappij BV, under bareboat<br />
leases.<br />
■ Railcars<br />
The Group manages 2,621 railcars on behalf of third<br />
parties, in Europe and the United States.<br />
