“Having taken all reasonable measures to this end, we confirm that to the best of our knowledge, the information

to reach a judgment concerning the assets and liabilities, activity, financial position, results and outlook
of the issuer. No information has been omitted that would be likely to alter its import.
We have obtained from the statutory auditors an assignment completion letter in which they state that they
have conducted an audit, in accordance with the principles and professional standards applicable in France, of
the information relating to the financial position and the financial statements included in the present reference
document and have read the entire reference document.
The historical financial information presented in the reference document has been the subject of reports by
the statutory auditors.”
