<strong>Installation</strong> <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Campaign</strong> <strong>Plan</strong><br />

SR1-2: Provide effective support through a transformed <strong>Army</strong> Community Service<br />

delivery system to Family Readiness Groups and Rear Detachments to reduce the<br />

stressors associated with military separation for both the Family and the Soldier (IAW<br />

AR 608-1).<br />

SR1-3: Institute procedures and mechanisms for all Soldiers and Civilians deploying<br />

and returning from deployment to undergo Readiness Processing and Post-Deployment<br />

Health Reassessment IAW required timelines that is fully synchronized with the delivery<br />

of Health Promotion/Risk Reduction/Suicide Prevention programs and services (IAW<br />

AR 600-8-101, Table B-1 DA Pam 690-47, Para 1-8 and <strong>Army</strong> Health Promotion Risk<br />

Reduction Suicide Prevention Report, 2010, Chapter 4, Composite Life Cycle Model,<br />

pages 100-101).<br />

SR1-4: Publish Soldier reassignment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders to<br />

standard (IAW AR 600-8-11).<br />

SR1-5: Provide protection for Soldiers, Civilians, and Families through a robust Privacy<br />

<strong>Campaign</strong> focused on protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and awareness<br />

training to deploying personnel and Families.<br />

SR2 Resilience and Balance – Physical, Emotional, Social, Family and Spiritual<br />

Goal: Support and strengthen the resilience, confidence and capable self reliance of<br />

Soldiers, Families, and Civilians through programs and services to sustain physical,<br />

emotional, social, family, and spiritual strength.<br />

Metrics:<br />

% of garrisons that have a Community Health Promotion Council (CHPC) that<br />

analyzes evaluates and delivers requirements IAW AR 600-63.<br />

Customer Service Assessment (CSA) Performance rating for designated<br />

Resiliency and Balance related services.<br />

Sub-tasks:<br />

SR2-1: Transform the <strong>Army</strong> Community Service (ACS) delivery system for both the AC<br />

and RC by integrating the tenets of Master Resiliency Training, connecting assessment<br />

to service delivery, strengthening information/education “push” to units and<br />

Commanders, building more generalists vice specialists, and establishing follow-up<br />

capabilities.<br />

SR2-2: Execute comprehensive risk reduction and health promotion and suicide<br />

prevention programs, closely aligning program and services with Soldier and Family Life<br />

Transitions (IAW AR 600-85 and <strong>Army</strong> Health Promotion Risk Reduction Suicide<br />

Prevention Report, 2010, Chapter 4, Composite Life Cycle Model).<br />
