The Sustainable Army Community of Excellence
The wheel and spokes in the graphic above tell the story of how we will operate every
day to achieve success. They define the qualities we must exhibit to accomplish our
installation management mission to the standards of excellence I expect and the Army
demands:

Safety. We will provide a safe environment for those who live, work, train and play
on installations. Safety is an imperative that underpins all we do. Accidents can be
avoided by practicing comprehensive risk management and good judgment, on and
off the installation. The injury or loss of a single Soldier, Family Member or Civilian
to an avoidable accident is unacceptable.
Are We Doing The Right Things? Are We Doing Things Right? What Are We Missing?
