<strong>Installation</strong> <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Campaign</strong> <strong>Plan</strong><br />

(IAW AR 525-29 Mobilization Operations: <strong>Army</strong> Force Generation, complemented by<br />

the CALL Handbook 10-47).<br />

SR3-3: Develop, maintain, and coordinate execution of a plan required to support the<br />

movement of personnel and equipment to and from theater of operations (IAW AR 500-<br />

5, AMOPES and FORMDEPs).<br />

SR3-4: Develop, maintain, and coordinate execution of a plan to mobilize Reserve<br />

Component forces in support of a level of mobilization authority and subsequent release<br />

from Active Duty (IAW AR 500-5, AMOPES and FORMDEPs).<br />

SR3-5: Provide C2 of Mobilization Support Organizations and exercise ADCON (minus<br />

training) responsibility for mobilized units, in direct support of 1A and FORSCOM (IAW<br />

AR 500-5, AMOPES, FORMDEPs, PPG and JOPES).<br />

SR3-6: Provide non-government in nature bulk services (<strong>Plan</strong>s, Training, Human<br />

Resources, and Material <strong>Management</strong> and Supply), through the IMCOM Support Base<br />

Services (SBS) contract, to rapidly and effectively support Active and Reserve<br />

Component forces in support of Overseas Contingency Operations surge requirements<br />

(IAW AR 500-5, AMOPES, FORMDEPs, PPG and JOPES).<br />

SR3-7: Utilize recreational high adventure programming to assist Soldier reintegration,<br />

empower small-unit leaders, maintain combat readiness, and increase unit cohesion<br />

(IAW Warrior Adventure Quest (WAQ) Program).<br />

SR3-8: Maintain a continuing program for the economical and efficient management of<br />

records; capture, preserve, and make available evidence essential for <strong>Army</strong> decisions<br />

and actions; meet the needs of the American public; and protect the rights and interests<br />

of the Government and individuals.<br />

SR4 Incorporate Best Value Technology and Educational Capabilities to Enable<br />

the Transformed <strong>Army</strong>’s Individual Readiness Requirements<br />
