Based on the recommendations, the following<br />
implementation costs have been summarised<br />
by outcome area and by priority in Table 2:<br />

require financial consideration during and<br />
past the life of this <strong>Plan</strong> (<strong>2026</strong>).<br />
the implementation of the Maleny Community<br />
Precinct Master <strong>Plan</strong> to relocate and develop<br />
the existing Maleny School Swimming Pool<br />
to the planned Maleny Community Precinct<br />
(dependant on an agreement with Education<br />
Queensland and funding). This will be costed<br />
through the master planning implementation<br />
process and funding potential may arise from<br />
proposed residential development at the<br />
